Adriana Palmeira · Coach for Women
You built the career, the family, the life others admire. Somewhere along the way, you stopped hearing your own voice. Let's find it again — together.
Equanimity — cocreating your own truth.
Apply to work with meIt's late. The house is finally quiet. You answer one more email, and there it is again — that small, steady question: Is this really my life? Is this really me?
Nothing is wrong with you. You've simply spent years being strong for everyone. This is the season to come home to yourself.
From age five to ten and a half, I lived at the Educandário Alzira Bley in Vitória, Brazil — an orphanage for children whose parents had leprosy (Hansen's disease). I learned very early what it means to begin life with less than you need, and to find your own strength anyway.
At 21, I arrived in the United States from Rio de Janeiro as a photojournalist and a single mother of a four-year-old son. No English. No friends. No degree. About $3,000 in my pocket.
I built my life one step at a time. Nearly 30 years of running small businesses. Founding the Brazilian Alliance, a nonprofit offering legal services to families. A B.A. from Smith College and an MPA from the University of San Francisco, both summa cum laude.
And then, at 40, I did the bravest thing of all: I changed everything again — to be present for my children.

I founded Pixie Nursery School. Today I am a mother of three and a Positive Parenting coach. I have lived the starting over, the over-giving, the losing myself and the finding my way back — more than once.
That is what I bring to you. Not theory. A life.

Imagine waking up and knowing what you want — not what is expected of you.
Imagine walking into a hard conversation calm, clear, and steady. Saying no without guilt. Saying yes with your whole heart.
Imagine success that finally feels like peace.
This is equanimity: not the absence of storms, but a center that holds.
Real life doesn't happen once a week in a scheduled hour. It happens in the parking lot before the big meeting, at midnight when you can't sleep, in the moment right after you said yes when you meant no. So that is where I meet you.
You already have the answers. My work is to help you hear them again, beneath all the noise.
Your whole life belongs in the room.Career, children, marriage, body, spirit — it is all one life.
Gentle is powerful.Real change comes from compassion, not pressure.
Your truth is cocreated. You don't find yourself once. You choose yourself, again and again.
Coaching is not therapy. If you are in crisis, I will gladly help you find the right support.

Adriana Palmeira walks beside women through life's transitions with depth, warmth and practical tools. She is also a Positive Parenting coach and has worked with families for 35 years.
Testimonials
“I really enjoyed my session with you. You bring so much positive energy and helped me get clarity and change my perspective.”
— Julia Schoenberg, Switzerland · September 2026
“At first, I felt lost about doing coaching. I had done it once before and it was an amazing experience, but I was in a different phase of my life. With Adri, I feel free to create, which is what I need most right now: to free myself and pursue my own happiness and personal fulfillment. Working with Adri is revitalizing and energizing. She brings such positive energy to every session.”

Yes. Children, partners, work — it is all one life.
No. Coaching looks forward and builds on your strengths. If therapy would serve you better, I will tell you.
If you've read this far, maybe something in you is already saying yes.
I know how hard it is to put yourself first. I know the voice that says not now, later, when things calm down. Things rarely calm down on their own. Sometimes we have to choose ourselves first — and then life rearranges around that choice.
You don't have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to begin.
With love, Adriana
